We're expanding our team and seeking Commercial Lines Customer Service professionals to join us. Your role as a Customer Service Representative is vital in maintaining strong customer relationships and handling inquiries and concerns with efficiency and professionalism.  This role involves managing customer accounts, processing policy changes, and ensuring that all client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Support: Provide excellent customer service to commercial clients by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and offering solutions.
  • Policy Management: Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant with industry regulations.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, underwriters, and other team members to ensure smooth policy administration.
  • Quoting and Binding: Assist clients with quoting and binding new policies, ensuring all necessary information is collected and processed correctly.
  • Claims Assistance: Support clients through the claims process by providing information, assisting with documentation, and liaising with claims adjusters.
  • Compliance: Stay updated on industry regulations and company policies to ensure all actions comply with legal and ethical standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the commercial lines team to ensure a high level of client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Problem-Solving: Address and resolve client concerns and issues promptly and professionally.


 
Qualifications:

  • Experience: Experience in commercial lines insurance or a related field preferred.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Licensing: Valid insurance license required.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong organizational and time management abilities
    • Proficiency with insurance management software and Microsoft Office Suite
    • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
